Academi Publications

The Academi currently publishes two literary journals, Taliesin and New Welsh Review, and A470, a bi–monthly information magazine, and a variety of translations and original literary works in Welsh. Using Gwasg Prifysgol Cymru it published both the Cydymaith i Lenyddiaeth Cymru and The Welsh Academy English-Welsh Dictionary. Through Oxford University Press it published The Oxford Companion to the Literature of Wales. A revised and updated edition of this monumental work has recently been published by the University of Wales Press. The Academi’s current project in co-operation with University of Wales Press/Gwasg Prifysgol Cymru and the BBC is Gwyddoniadur Cymru /The Encyclopaedia of Wales.
