Talking Pictures

Compare the portraits with the real thing, when four of the poets featured in the Poets Portraits exhibition read their work in the Wales Millennium Centre.  In the past few months, Grahame Davies, Hilary Llewellyn-Williams, Catherine Fisher and Tony Curtis and sixteen other Welsh poets have sat patiently for the artist Lorraine Bewsey to paint their portrait.  The results form an exhibition of twenty of Wales’ poets which premières in Cardiff from 25 November - 7 January before showing at Bodelwyddan Castle in the New Year.
