Arts Council of Wales – Appointment of Chair

The Welsh Assembly Government invites applications for a Chair of the Arts Council of Wales (ACW).

The Chair will lead ACW in working alongside the Assembly Government to develop and improve the knowledge, understanding and practice of the arts in Wales and to increase the accessibility of the arts to the public in Wales. This requires a highly committed, enthusiastic and motivated individual who will steer the Council through the next stage of its development.

The appointment will be for a term of three years and will require a commitment of 2.5 days a week on Council business and attendance at all Council meetings in varying locations in Wales. Renumeration is £41,080 per annum.
