New Creative Writing Course



Starting on Monday 22 January, 10:00am-12:30pm
At Academi’s Glyn Jones Centre, Wales Millennium Centre

University of Glamorgan Outreach Department and Academi present an exciting new FREE 10-week course which will cover elements of fiction, poetry, non-fiction and scriptwriting. The emphasis is on students producing their own work from prompts, discussion and writing exercises given in class.  In the workshop, students share what they have written with the rest of the group in order to improve and develop their writing.

Course tutor: Barrie Llewellyn

Two sessions of the course will be taken by Guest Writers:
Hilary Llewellyn-Williams on poetry
Charles Way on script-writing
       
The course is designed to be an introduction to creative writing, but writers of all standards and at every level will benefit from the supportive structure of discussing and sharing work with other students and the tutor.
