Wales Book of the Year Long List Launch

At 6.30 pm on Friday 2 March, the most important battle of the literary world in Wales will start again with the announcement of the Wales Book of the Year 2007 Long List. As part of World Book Day celebrations, Academi is organising two events - one at the Senedd, Cardiff and the other at Denbigh Library.
The 10 English-language books selected by the judges Carolyn Hitt, Katie Gramich and Patrick McGuinness will be revealed, as well as the 10 Welsh-language books that have excelled according to the judges John Rowlands, Elinor Jones and Gwion Hallam. Be amongst the first to hear the announcement and come face to face with our nation’s finest contemporary authors.
Everyone is welcome at these events, which are free of charge.
