Board & Committee Members Benefits
As a registered charity the Academi is required to maintain a public register of all Board and Committee Members who benefit financially from the activities of the Society. Writers who are Academi Board and Committee Members give their time freely.
As Wales is a small country it is inevitable that these writers will at some stage be asked to take part in directly funded Academi activities. In all cases prior approval needs to be obtained from the Academi Management Board and a record kept. This is that record.
The staff of the Academi will continue to exclude themselves from receiving financial benefit from any of the organisation’s activities.
