Peter Finch

Peter Finch is a poet, critic, short story writer and literary entrepreneur living in Cardiff. He works in both traditional and experimental forms. His books include Poems For Ghosts (Seren), Antibodies (Stride), Useful (Seren) and Food (Seren). His Real Cardiff, a new look at Wales' capital city, will appear at the end of 2002.

For many years Finch ran the Arts Council of Wales' specialist bookshop Oriel. Prior to that he was a small publisher, editing the groundbreaking international poetry journal, second aeon. He is currently Chief Executive of Academi, the Welsh National Literature Promotion Agency and Society for Writers.
