I remember -
      Cardiff Aerodrome -
     flying in a gypsy moth,
     picking out the buildings in miniature,
     the Civic Centre and the docks.
     Flights across the Channel
     to Weston in a dragon rapide.
     8 passengers.
     10 and sixpence -
     then war came and Weston Airways stopped.
