Storyteller and writer. Building on a career in ceramics and fine art, developed an extensive portfolio of story–based projects in primary schools across the borders and the West Midlands. Has devised story projects for many library services and education authorities, art galleries and public spaces. In 1998 published http://www.mythstories.com/ a website now highlighted as a resource for literacy on the National Grid for Learning. In 1999, with his wife Ali, opened Mythstories museum of myth and fable in Shropshire. The Museum has hosted over 200 group visits and has a community outreach programme. Delivers Mythstories workshops in partnership with Ali, also a storyteller.
