Poet, actress and lecturer. Born in the Isle of Man. Welsh parents from Swansea. Studied English/Drama and worked as a professional actress in Birmingham. Obtained teachers L.R.A.M.. Lecturer in Drama and communication studies, storytelling and puppetry in Australia. Until recently primary teacher. Writing and performing poetry. Story–telling to young children. Marnie is a Member of Academi.
