Jean GillNovelist and poet. Fiction, teenage fiction, non–fiction and poetry. Published work includes a novel originally meant for teenagers, On the Other Hand (Dinas, 2005) which mixes fiction with facts on left-handedness. She has also published non-fiction articles, with photographs, on cheese and plumbing, in France Magazine. She very much wishes the plumbing article was fiction but the cheese obsession is developing well in her new home in the south of France. Jean is an experience writer-in-residence with people of all ages and abilities/ disabilities, working alone or in collaboration with other writers or artists. She has edited and published writing produced during workshops. Readings/ workshops can sometimes be organised during her trips back to south Wales.
