Poet. Born Gwynedd; educated Southampton College of Art and by working in jazz groups. She writes for the page and for jazz – she is a professional jazz musician (keyboards) and works in Poetry & Jazz with Robert Shaw (saxes), her husband. Published in Yorkshire Review, Poetry & Audience, Touch Paper, The Jazz Messenger, broadcast on the BBC. Writer in Community, North Hykeham, Lincs and Words – Photo Tapestry. Prior to becoming Anne Shaw, she wrote and performed as Angharad Gruffydd.
