Poet and novelist. Born Dorset 1937. Lived in Gwent/Powys since age 11. Educated King Henry VIII Grammar School, Abergavenny. Service in RAF, UK/Kenya, followed by wide variety of jobs. Visiting poet, Garden Festival Wales 1992. Wrote and self-published animal saga 1993, republished by Orion Books 1994. Poems published in various magazines in England and Wales. Michael is a Member of Academi.
