Poet, singer/songwriter amd short story writer. Born in Larne, Northern Ireland, Mike was educated at the University of Glamorgan. He had a collection of poetry published by Grevatt and Grevatt in 1997 and is also a published songwriter (he had a solo album released in 2002). Mike is lead singer with Big Mac’s Wholly Soul Band. His poems and songs have been broadcast on the BBC, and his poetry published in Envoi, Orbis, New Welsh Review and other journals. Mike had a selection of poems published in The Pterodactyl’s Wing (Parthian, 2003).
