TROW, M J

Meirion James Trow was born in 1949 in Ferndale, South Wales. His parents moved to the Pennines and again to Bubbenhall in Warwickshire. He went to Warwick School from 1961 to 1968. In 1968 he went to King’s College, London, to read history. After graduation he spent a year at Jesus College, Cambridge and married in 1973. Meirion has written various novels in the Peter "Mad Max" Maxwell series and the Inspector Sholto Lestrade series, as well as six non–fiction books. He has lived on the Isle of Wight since 1976 and is a Member of Academi.
