TIGHE, CARL

Carl Tighe’s Burning Worm (IMPress, 2001) was short listed for the Whitbread First Novel Award and won the Authors’ Club Award. His first collection of short stories, Rejoice! and Other Stories (Jonathan Cape, 1992) was nominated for the David Higham Prize and short listed for The Irish Times Fiction Award. his second collection Pax: Variations (IM Press, 2000) won him the City Life Writer of the Year 2000 Award.
