ORAM, PETER
Peter Oram was born in Cardiff in 1947. He taught at a Steiner School in Wales, as class teacher and music teacher. Peter has first class degrees in both music and modern languages, together with an M Mus. in composition and and L.R.A.M. in classical guitar. He is also active in the literary field as a published novelist and poet, and has written several books of verse and music for educational use. Peter’s poetry and short stories have appeared in numerous magazines and anthologies. In 2004, he composed the music for Alex Barr’s music Swarm Fever which received its first performance in the same year. He has lived for many years in Pembrokeshire, but now spends much of his time in Germany.
