LEWIS, ROY
Roy Lewis is a Welshman raised in the Rhondda and educated at the Universities of Bristol and Durham. He now lives in the north of England, the setting for many of his books. Called to the bar at the Inner Temple, he is a former college principal and HM Inspector of Schools.
He has written about fifty crime novels, including the acclaimed Arthur Landon series of mysteries, the John Crow series and the Eric Ward series. He has operated companies in South East Asia and still has business interests in Malaysia. Roy has three children all of whom are lawyers.
