PILTON, BARRY

Barry Pilton is a TV and radio comedy writer and author of the successful travel books One Man and His Bog (Corgi, 1986), One Man and His Log (Corgi, 1988) and An Innocent Abroad (Corgi, 1997). He has written scripts for radio and TV including Weekending and Spitting Image and has also written numerous plays. He lived in mid Wales for many years, the setting for his novel The Valley (Bloomsbury, 2005).
