Poet and monologue writer, Claire has lived in Wales for 30 years and is originally from Liverpool. She obtained a BA in English literature as a mature student at Cardiff University and is currently working as a Lecturer and Development Officer for Newport University. Claire has established writing groups in north Wales and the valleys together with a "Publishing in the Communities" programme in north Wales. An experience performance poet, she has read her work in England, Wales, Ireland and New York.
