Poet and short/story/children’s writer, Anita was born in Barry, South Glamorgan and has a Communications Degree, BA Hons from Glamorgan University. She is completing her final paper for her MA Creative Writing, at Trinity College, Carmarthen. She was first published in 1990 in Leek, the College magazine. Anita has written for local newspapers and performed her poetry in a variety of venues. She is currently writing a collection of short stories, Life’s A Bitch… And Then You Die. A children’s book An Angel In My Bath is also due to go into press soon.

She also enjoys facilitating the written word and readings with the visual arts.
