PHILLIPS, PETER

Born in 1958 in Cardiff, Peter studied law before enjoying a marketing career in the bookmaking and investment banking sectors. In 1989 he established two separate firms, one a corporate finance/venture capital group, the other delivering PR and marketing services. 

In 2001 Peter began concentrating full–time on writing and broadcasting. His first book, Humanity Dick (Parapress, 2003), was chosen for launch at the Galway International Literary Festival in 2003. His second book  The German Great Escape (Seren, 2005), was published in 2005. He has just completed a children’s novel about fox hunting. He is currently working on a factual account of the Fenian invasions of Canada and also Divided Hearts, which will be a novel based loosely on the same events.
