Ruby Holmes was born in 1981 and lives in Cardiff. She has just had her first book Accidental Recklessness published by Chipmunka Publishing. In it, Ruby tells her story of a life with manic depression. A larger than life character, Ruby has travelled the world and felt the highs and the lows. Her experiences, reflected through her manic depression, make for an interesting and emotional read.
