Born in London (1934) to a Welsh mother and English father. Vincent joined BBC TV (1955), undertook 6 years (concurrent) theatre stage management, lighting and design with touring Opera Companies, and eventually produced for them and others. Moved to BBC TV Wales (1974) as Producer/Director in Music and Arts. Co–produced programmes in Canada, Germany, Holland, and Belgium. Vincent was also editor of ‘Move’ the magazine of The Dance Council for Wales. (1981 – 1983). 

Took early retirement from BBC (1989), set up own Video business making promotional programmes for students etc. Taught the subject in Adult Education and was consultant in setting the criteria for O.C.N. in Video Making. Currently working on next book entitled Television Production – From Camcorder to Broadcast TV.

Vincent has had countless scripts broadcast on BBC Television Wales including documentaries about composers: e.g. William Mathias, Grace Williams, David Wynne, etc. He has written introductions to various programmes e.g. War Requiem by Benjamin Britten, conducted interviews for programmes and also written a Prologue and Epilogue for a theatrical and televised performance of Don Quixote (Opera by Manuel de Falla) for CBC Canada.

His work includes: Unknown God (Credible Books, 2001), which is a re-interpretation of Christianity, Canada in 1983 (Credible Books, 2003), which is a report on a journey across Canada from Vancouver to Halifax studying their Broadcasting, Crisis Centres, Literature, Classical Music, Theatre, Visual Arts etc and The New Birth (Credible Books, 2006), which offers teachings regarding the meaning of this life and the life hereafter. Other interests include: Future evolution of mankind, the life hereafter, and astronomy.
