Cara E. Moore lives in Swansea. She does freelance writing for businesses and organizations, conducts poetry wokshops and also performs music gigs. She has had a number of poetry volumes published online and also releases audio poetry on CDs. Cara is also a freelance newspaper and columnist, having had work published in The Highline Times, The News Tribune, South Wales Evening Post, The Big Issue, Bridal Connection and International Railway Traveler. Cara was selected to read at the 1994 Mayfest, sponsored by the National Writer’s Association. Her poetry work has been represented at The Burien Arts Gallery. She was Program Chair at the National Writer’s Association (1992-1993) and Publicist for The Burien Arts Gallery (1994-1995). Her play, The Healing, received a Honourable Mention in The 1996 Writer’s Digest Playwriting Competition. She has a mystery series and two children’s books under consideration with publishers, and two television dramas under consideration with producers. An article on Cara’s poetry volume, entitled Horizon’s Place and Time Meet, was featured in the August 2007 edition of Writer’s News. It has also been reviewed by Peter Thabit Jones in the July issue of Seventh Quarry.
