Jeff Collins is Head of News and Sport  at Sunshine Radio for Monmouthshire and Herefordshire. He also presents the ’Rock Show’ every Sunday, which is networked across the Laser Broadcasting Group of Stations. That includes radio stations in Yorkshire, Somerset, Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, Shropshire, and the East Midlands. Jeff writes for Classic Rock Magazine, and has just submitted the manuscript for his second book for the University of Wales Press. Entitled Stuart Cable - From Cwmaman to the Stereophonics and beyond!, this book is about former Stereophonics drummer Stuart Cable, his success with that band, their break-up and his return to the music world with his new band Killing For Company.

A former Assistant Producer (Sport) at BBC Wales, Jeff has previously worked at Sky News and ITN News, and was a newsreader on Classic FM Radio. He was born in Cardiff and attended Cardiff High School before gaining a degree at the University of Wales, Newport. He also achieved a Post-Graduate Diploma in Radio Journalism from the University of the Arts in London.
